Please note that the ticket I requested for was purchased for at 1,696.00 and this was the amount I was expecting as a refund. Also note that the request for the refund was occasioned by the rescheduling of the flight from 4.20pm to 7.40pm which was by no fault of mine hence full refund was expected. So indicating the refund due me is 1,248.00 is inappropriate, and the necessary corrections need to be made. I just spoke with one of your agents Kwaku, who checked the system and confirmed that the ticket, which was canceled was the evening ticket at a cost of 1,696.00 just as I have indicated.
